This guy isn't just another "trainer". He’s a seasoned architect of elite performance with a 14-year track record. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science, with a major in psychology from the University of the Western Cape.

He’s stacked up a slew of elite certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Fit2Succeed, The Spencer Institute, Keilir Health Academy, and EXOS—covering Sleep Science, Sleep Recovery, Sports Performance, Golf Fitness, Cognitive Fitness, and Functional Movement Screening. Yeah, he's done the homework.

Cape Town is lucky to have him, but Barry’s influence stretches far beyond borders. He’s the go-to Corporate Wellness and Sleep Specialist and has served as a Sleep Recovery Coach for the USA-based dep slepwear.

Kyle Cusson

Since 2021, Kyle has been a driving force behind UConn’s Women’s Tennis, Volleyball, Swim & Dive, and Softball programs.

Kyle’s journey didn’t start at UConn. Go back to his days at Trinity College, where he played a crucial role as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. There, he wasn’t just training athletes; he was crafting elite competitors in Men’s and Women’s Track & Field, Soccer, Squash, and Women’s Crew.

Even before that, Kyle was dominating the fitness scene since 2015. He’s a certified personal trainer, CrossFit Level 1 instructor, group fitness expert, and strength coach, developing talent from youth leagues to high school and Jr. Olympics.

Kyle’s credentials speak for themselves. He holds an MS in Exercise Science from Concordia University of Chicago, a CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certificate, and FMS Level 1 accreditation.

But Kyle’s impact doesn’t stop with athletes. As a business consultant, he’s helping coaches get paid what they’re worth and achieve the freedom they deserve.
